Here’s how we can help

A proactive approach to AWTS care through regular servicing is essential to properly maintain your septic system. For your convenience, this servicing is packaged as regular scheduled visits (so you don’t have to continually book us in) where we check the function of different tank components. It also includes monitoring the bacterial health and fullness of your tank to prevent overflows through planned preventative pump-outs (something that can only be done by a qualified Liquid Waste Contractor).

If you have an immediate problem that needs attention — including emergency pump-outs — we can get to you ASAP. We’ll deal with the messy aftermath and give you informed knowledge on how to prevent breakdowns and overflow in the future.

If you’re selling a property, you might need a Septic System Inspection Report. This includes a full written report on the system’s functionality and health status by one of our qualified service personnel as stipulated by the Health Department. You’ll also get:

  • Digital photographic evidence of the system and its operational capacity.
  • The type, brand and capacity of the system and its suitability to the size of the property.
  • An estimation of any costs to bring the system up to a fully functioning condition, i.e. if a pump out is required and the time frame.
  • Notification if a Health Department required Maintenance Agreement is in place.
  • Description of how the system works, client support and education at the time of the Inspection Report.
  • As per instructions from the client, a copy of the report may be forwarded to a third party.
  • An opportunity to implement an Ecowater Services “Health Care Plan of an AWTS” at settlement.
